A charging platform for Hamburg's grid operator. Public utility infrastructure. It has to be correct and it has to keep running. Load management, billing, and the standards-heavy plumbing (OCPI/OCPP) under it all.

Helped a large German insurer move from a monolith toward microservices. The architecture was the easy part. The hard part was helping a lot of teams change how they build. Plenty of DDD and event storming along the way.
