About

A bit about me.

I'm an engineer from Hamburg. Seventeen years building software. A lot of it the boring backend kind that companies quietly run on.

A few years ago I started a company, cocharge. I built the agent system that ran the day to day. I learned most of what I write here by getting it wrong first. Then slowly less wrong.

Now I help a few teams build agents that survive production. I care about the boring parts. The things that quietly make agents trustworthy. Demos are easy. Tuesdays at 3am are not.
