It calls them APEX. Actionable Priorities for an Executive. Think of it like CAPEX or OPEX, but for decision debt. The critical calls only a CXO can make.
It watches every channel, detects the real decisions, and scores them on criticality, urgency and cognitive load. Duplicates get caught by a three-stage pipeline. Then it drafts a decision paper for each one, so you walk in and decide instead of digging.
Built in Go, with local models doing the intake and Claude lined up for the decision papers.
